These terms are provided for informational purposes. They do not constitute legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney for legal guidance specific to your situation.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Venera Insurance website at venerainsurance.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Venera Insurance ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent insurance agency licensed in the State of Florida.
2. Description of Service
Our Site provides:
- General information about insurance products and coverages available in Florida
- A quote request form that allows you to submit your information for insurance quotes
- Educational content about insurance topics through our blog
- Contact information and communication channels to reach our agency
Our Site is an informational and lead-generation tool. It does not provide binding insurance quotes, bind coverage, or create an insurance policy. All insurance transactions are completed directly between you, Venera Insurance as your agent, and the issuing insurance carrier.
3. Insurance Regulatory Notice
Venera Insurance is a licensed independent insurance agency in the State of Florida. We are not an insurance company (carrier). We do not underwrite or issue insurance policies.
As an independent agency, we represent multiple insurance carriers to help you find coverage that fits your needs. The actual insurance policy is issued by the carrier, and all coverage terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations are determined by the carrier's policy documents — not by the information on this Site.
Our agents provide guidance to help you understand your insurance options. This guidance is not legal advice, tax advice, or financial planning advice. For specific legal or financial questions, please consult a qualified professional.
4. No Guarantee of Coverage
Quote requests submitted through this Site are not applications for insurance and do not guarantee coverage.
Please understand:
- Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply and are subject to change upon carrier underwriting review
- Final premiums, coverage terms, and eligibility are determined solely by the insurance carrier
- The carrier may require additional information, inspections, or documentation before issuing a policy
- Coverage does not begin until a policy is formally issued by the carrier and any required premium payment is received
- Not all applicants will qualify for coverage, and some risks may be declined by carriers
Venera Insurance makes no warranty or guarantee that you will receive coverage, that coverage will be available at any specific price, or that any particular carrier will accept your application.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our Site and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information — All information you submit through forms, phone calls, emails, or other communications must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in claim denial, policy cancellation, or other consequences.
- Review your policy documents — You are responsible for reading and understanding your insurance policy, including all terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations. If you have questions, ask your agent.
- Report changes promptly — You must notify your agent of any material changes that may affect your coverage (such as address changes, vehicle changes, home renovations, business changes, or claims).
- Use the Site lawfully — You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, or to impersonate another person.
6. TCPA Consent for Communications
By submitting your phone number through our quote request form, contact form, or any other communication channel on this Site, you expressly consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive:
- Phone calls (including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system)

- WhatsApp messages
from Venera Insurance at the phone number you provide. These communications may relate to insurance quotes, policy information, renewals, and other service-related matters.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
